It's made from Chenin Blanc, with a small amount of Chardonnay, which adds a brioche-richness to its character. 18 months of ageing really dials up delicious biscuity flavour. Peachy, honeyed and nutty, this is really classy fizz – and an absolute steal for the quality. Delicious with white fish in a buttery sauce. In 2022, this wine won an IWC award for the 2019 vintage.
