Mat Mixed Lettuce Leaves Seeds Features and Benefits 3 mats to grow one after another for a long harvest season Perfect for patio pots, colourful, tasty and nutritious leaves Good source of vitamin C and vitamin A To Sow & Grow Sow outdoors, simply fill a large patio pot with compost, leaving a 1.5cm (12") gap from the top of the pot for easy watering later on. Place the mat on the compost and firm down gently. Cover with a fine layer of compost, water well. Place outside in a warm sheltered position. Keep moist. Harvest pick a few leaves from each plant, when at least 5cm (2") high they will regrow quickly for up to 4 'cuts'. Leaves are best picked just before use. Contains Lettuce: Catalogna, Cocarde, Curled Red American, Grand Rapids, Salad bowl Red, Rossa di Trento in equal quantities. Varieties grow at different rates giving a different salad mix at every cut! Tip: If seedlings become too crowded weaker seedlings can be carefully removed and transplanted if desired.
