The bright blue seats are easy to see making them ideal for those with restricted vision whilst the armrests flip up and footrests swing away enabling easier access for carers for safe, effortless transfers. When in the chair the armrests offer excellent support to the user's hands and forearms and the height and angle adjustable footrests provide a suitable platform for the feet. Mounted on four braked castors, the Adaptable Shower Commode Chair also has an easy to push handle combining to provide a tremendously manoeuvrable attendant propelled chair. The castors lock in both directions and move safely over varied indoor floor surfaces including wet, tiled floors. The chair can be used all standard size toilets and most disabled toilets, or as a commode thanks to the capacious 5 litre potty and lid that is supplied as standard.
