Featuring two floors to explore, joined by a small internal staircase, and a welcoming ground level veranda, this play house certainly has the WOW factor. The only drawback with The Lodge will be persuading your child to come out! Built from FSC approved high grade European pine, the structure is robust enough to last through years of continued use. With styrene glazed windows, fixed closed on the upper level, and a full length piano door hinge, you can rest assured your child's safety has been prioritised. In fact, this build is fully CE certified and complies with the BS EN71 European Safety Standard for toys, meaning your little ones are safe to play to their heart's content. With a contemporary look and feel, this handmade play house will suit almost any garden space. The Lodge is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative, allowing you to apply a top coat of your choosing immediately after installation. Assembly: All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are supplied. It is advised that two to three people are required for assembly. The roof and floor are constructed using tongue and groove timber. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
