What's more, the Club arrives with a natural honey colour base coat, prepared to allow you to complete the building with a colour of your, or your child's, choosing. This classic playhouse combines premium quality, practical design, and a pleasing aesthetic. Built from FSC approved, slow grown, high grade European pine, this structure will last through years of use. The 34mm square framing combines with planed 12mm shiplap timber cladding to create a robust build which meets the European Safety Standard for toys. The single opening window is also fitted with plastic safety glazing, meaning your little ones are safe to play to their heart's content. Assembly: All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. The Club is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
