This High Performance Table Top Gas Fired Pizza Oven has a heat output of between 12,512 and 14,688 BTUs and will cook a pizza up to 30cm square in around 60 seconds! The external housing is a high temperature black powder coated steel with die cast aluminium frame and three foldable 430 stainless steel legs. The interior is 430 stainless steel with a cordierite pizza stone. Cordierite is an extremely durable mineral known for its ability to handle extreme temperatures well and is thermal shock resistant.
