Comprising of our winter garden favourites, pansies, primroses and wallflowers to create eye-catching displays in your pots and borders. Pansy 'Matrix' Mix: will dazzle with lightly fragranced, extra-large flowers in a fabulous range of colours from intense yellows, reds, oranges and purples to gentle pastels, many with a contrasting dark splash in the centre and all with a bright yellow eye. The short, strong stems will support the flowers through ever the harshest winter weather, standing up brilliantly to wind and rain, and giving you a superb display from January right up until June. Primrose Bonelli Mix: a superb new hardy primrose mix, flowering in the widest range of dazzling colours including beautiful bi-colours. Very early to bloom, flowering from mid-autumn and providing spectacular winter colour. Compact in habit and unform in flower time. The perfect primrose for winter containers and borders. Wallflower 'Sugar Rush': is a fantastic new British-bred wallflower that will reliably give you two displays of vibrant colour to brighten up your garden this autumn and winter! It will flower this autumn around November, overwintering to flower again in the Spring! This dwarf variety is highly fragrant, and its rainbow-like mix of coloured blooms will provide a vivid display in the otherwise dreary winter months. It is very hardy and will have no problems dealing with wintery conditions, perfect for borders or containers. Growing to about 20cm tall, it's mass of fruit salad shades will work best in full sun or light shade, in massed plantings in pots, planters or mixed borders. Remove spent flowers to prolong displays. If you can't do this, they can sit in Mini Greenhouses for a week if upright and not too wet. We recommend that you leave them to settle for a day somewhere warm, light and airy such as a windowsill or greenhouse. If planting directly into flower beds, prepare the ground well, removing weeds and digging in some compost or well-rotted manure if your soil is not already rich. Plant approx. 15cm (6in) apart to allow them room to grow. Feed using a high-potash feed such as Blooming Fast Superior Soluble Fertiliser for Flowers & Fruits, to encourage flowering.
