Your dough will stay moist on the outside for a lovely golden finish, while the centre stays soft and fluffy. The Hot Air convection system blows hot air around the whole oven, so every meal is cooked evenly. It also reduces cooking times by up to 20% which is good news if the kids are hangry. And when you're done cooking, the Pyrolytic cleaning function turns all the nasty dirt and food residue into ash.
